Caterpillar
One customer who Mark (MW)knows very well is Caterpillar Inc, who Mark was employed by for five years in New Product Development and Six Sigma.
After being asked to run a project in 2003 to assess whether Caterpillar should get into the market for Power Packs and Hammers - where one of CAT's largest rental customers was buying from a competitor - Mark launched the product and since leaving CAT at the end of 2005, has continued to assist Caterpillar develop its Power Pack business across the world.
The pictures here show 1) Classroom training for the Spanish dealer in Madrid and then 2) Mark opened the crate, filled the product with fuel and oil and fired up the Power Pack which had freshly been delivered form the CAT warehouse in Belgium to the customer.
