3. Tailored programmes such as the "Customers - your greatest asset or worst nightmare?!" programme - already successfully delivered to University clients for new entrepreneurs.
4. Industry specific prgrammes - such as that delivered to a local arts centre on customer service excellence, including an intriduction to sales, up-selling, cross-selling and interpersonal skills.
