Keynote speeches have been given to a schools language conference, advice given at a school careers evening, a German workshop delivered as well as self defence tasters in French and German at universities, academies and colleges and schools - both primary and secondary.

Mark has also been working with the Goethe Institute, Aim Higher and Routes into Languages and delivered a joint presentation with Nottingham Trent University and Parkside Community School at the Routes into Languages Conference 2009 in Birmingham.

Karl Pfeiffer at the Goethe Institute kindly endorsed the innovative joint work at Nottingham Trent University which he visited in 2009:

"Mark did an excellent workshop on the use of assertiveness techniques for conflict solving in the context of motivational aspects in foreign language learning.

I can highly recommend him as ambassador for business language champions."

Karl Pfeiffer, Director of Education Links, Goethe-Institut, London
